Sport activities
My sports philosophy is very simple: I do all sport disciplines where I have to use my own muscle power to move. This mean I love running, ultra-running, biking, kayaking, trekking, rock climbing, mountain climbing, roller skating, cross country skiing, canoeing, swimming, orienteering. Some examples what I do not do: windsurfing, mountain skiing, any motorized vehicles, heliski etc.
In each year I am organizing 1-2 longer (lasting more than a week) outdoor activities (hiking, kayaking, trekking) across the world.
